Fiddlesticks is a friendly, professional OFSTED registered child minding service run by a mother-daughter team based in Marske-by-the-Sea, Cleveland. We focus on providing a high quality, small scale, outdoor focused child care setting. We offer an outdoor education through exploration and play allowing children to develop their natural wonder, creativity and imagination.
We provide before & after school care, day care (for children under school age) and a holiday club. We have our own dedicated indoor playroom as well as making use of our family living room and kitchen-diner. Outdoors there is a large secure garden which provides children with many rich opportunities to explore our safe play garden, wildlife habitats, nature hide, meet our resident rabbits and test out their green fingers growing some yummy fruits and veg. Combined we have many years experience working in primary schools (Angela as a teacher and Becky as a SEN teaching assistant) and both hold current DBS certificates, paediatric first aid and food hygiene.
