​During January we have been reading  'One Snowy Night'  and creating lots of fun snow themed activities.   We loved making our own snowflakes both with mirrors and by practising our scissor skills.
We also set up our own version of Percy's park with our playmobil.

We loved creating our very own felted snowy woodland playmat.  It was great fun playing with the soapy water.  We think it looks great with our woodland animals.

It snowed during our snow week! We brought some inside and set up our snow lab, we investigated the properties of snow, looked at the snow crystals through our microscope and conducted our own melting experiments. We made animal footprints in the snow and built our very own mini snowmen.
